Seasonal Fertilization Program

A regularly scheduled complete fertilizer program, which will increase the health and beauty of the lawn. The schedule of services is dependant on grass and soil type, however every property will receive at least four applications of Urea Nitrogen and at least six applications of Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium, and micro nutrients as well as a thorough broad leaf control program with every application.

Grassy Weed Control

A grassy weed control program that is applied twice a year (Spring and Fall) to the entire lawn as a Pre-Emergent product, followed by regular spot treatments of Post Emergent products on every scheduled visit throughout the growing season, to control all grassy weeds in the lawn.

Weed Control Around Cracks and Crevices

A broad and grassy weed control treatment to control all weeds in cracks and crevices in and around property and buildings such as parking lots and sidewalks on every scheduled visit.

Lawn Disease & Fungus Control

A consistent and thorough monitoring of the lawn to detect any and all soil borne disease and fungus and treat as needed on every scheduled visit.

Lawn Insect Control

A regularly scheduled preventative maintenance lawn insect control program to control Fire ants, Chinch bugs and all other turf destroying pest in the lawn.

Completely open communication between our clients and our technicians is a must for a strong and ongoing relationship that is based on the needs and desires of the client. We are never more than a phone call away at all times, and every question or concern will be handled with honesty and integrity.

One service call per month if needed

Although we are scheduled to be on the property once a month every month to handle all your lawn maintenance needs, we understand that from time to time things will come up that require and additional service call. We will give every client one free service call per month if needed. Any additional service calls will be charged a service call fee of $35.00.
